The Dutch Greens is proud to provide fresh, pesticide-free greens and herbs for local bars and restaurants. Within our container farm we’re able to grow a number of lettuces and other greens, along with many herbs and flowers.
Our Story
Opening in conjunction with The Dutch Light cocktail bar, it was always a goal of ours to grow our own herbs and garnishes locally and sustainably. Hydroponic farming allows us to farm with significantly less water, few to none pesticides & chemicals, and decreased waste.
