Now Growing
Hydroponic farming allows us to harvest produce without soil. Instead, we use nutrient rich water to grow our crops. Best part is the water we use is recycled through the entire farm greatly reducing water-waste compared to traditional farming. And since we grow inside a climate-controlled environment, we can grow the same crops year round. All of these means we can produce greens with more consistency and higher quality.
Herbs
Our herb garden flourishes with a diverse assortment of aromatic treasures, including basil, cilantro, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and mint, adding vibrant flavors and fragrances to our culinary creations.
Small Root Vegetables
Our pantry showcases a diverse array of root vegetables, such as carrots, beets, turnips, and radishes.
Microgreens
Our kitchen features a colorful selection of microgreens, including radish, broccoli, pea shoots, and sunflower sprouts, offering bursts of fresh flavor and nutritional richness to our dishes.
Edible Flowers
Our garden boasts a delightful variety of root edible flowers, including nasturtiums, violets, dandelions, and borage.
Lettuces
We proudly offer a diverse selection of lettuces, ranging from crisp romaine to tender butter lettuce, and vibrant spinach leaves.
Leafy Greens
We offer a vibrant assortment of leafy greens, such as kale, Swiss chard, collard greens, spinach, arugula, and mustard greens.
